Paying for services

            Dr. Abramowitz charges $140 for an initial assessment and $120 for subsequent therapy appointments. Many insurance plans cover mental health services. Some plans require pre-certification before they will pay for services, some have deductibles that must be met before insurance payments begin. Please contact your insurance company to determine what your policy covers and how to access services. Our office will assist you with questions. Our policy requires patients to pay for services at the time they are provided. We will accept a copay once insurance coverage has been determined.
