Missed Appointments

             When you make an appointment we are reserving an hour specifically for you. If you find that you are unable to make the appointment, it is necessary for you to let us know immediately. We will be happy to find an alternative time that better meets your needs. We require at least 24-hour notice of cancellation. Less than 24 hours notice usually will not allow us to reschedule another patient in that hour. We charge a no show fee of $50 if we cannot fill that appointment. The no-show charge will not be paid by insurance and is the responsibility of the patient.
